With an office in America ( Eastern Standard Time ), we have specialised in night shifts for European clients. We have extensive experience in the IT and telecom industry, as well as in the press and public sector in Norway. We can safely perform multiple services, as long as the tasks can be done remotely.
We start our work at 22:00 (10 PM) CET/CEST (UTC +1/2), and work until 06:00 (6 AM). At the end of the work session, we hand over a report describing the tasks we have carried out. If you require help at other hours, we are open to adjusting our work schedule.
Noctur.no is led by Frode Klevstul, who have emigrated to America. He has also built up a network of resources within IT, finance and communications — which will be hired if needed.
Frode is an experienced system developer and project manager. Frode started as a consultant in 1996, and has worked for companies such as Capgemini , Icon Medialab and WM-data .
He started his own consulting company in 2005, and worked as an independent consultant until 2012, including within the IT and Telecom sector. He then worked as the IT Manager (Chief Technical Officer) for the Norwegian Consumer Council, a position he held until 2019.
Frode’s mother tongue is Norwegian. He also speaks fluent English.
